ORGATER MB.BA.24
ORGATER MB.BA.24 is used for fine cells foaming of resins like PP, PE, PS for injection molding applications mainly and contains some special additives to minimize the risk of corrosion of the mold. In automotive applications it will be successfully used to reduce weight for the leigh weighting programs of the OEM’S. To achieve optimum efficiency, a working temperature of 200°- 230° C is recommended. Addition level (depending on the desired degree of foaming) Molding process:

ORGATER MB.BA.25  is used for very fine cells foaming of resins like PP and HDPE mainly  for Extrusion Blow Molding  applications. To achieve optimum efficiency, a working temperature of 200°- 220°C is recommended. In automotive applications it’s used for blow molded parts like air ducts. Addition level (depending on the desired degree of foaming): Extrusion Blown Process : 0,5% - 2,0 %
