ORGATER MB.BA.15
ORGATER MB.BA.15 is used for fine-celled foaming of thermoplastic resins particularly recommended for foaming of PP-ribbons and -films. To achieve optimum efficiency, a working temperature of 200° – 220°C is recommended.

ORGATER MB.BA.16 is used for fine cells foaming of PP ribbons and films. In the injection process ORGATER MB.BA.16 can reduce sink marks and this for polyolefins as well as for engineering plastics’ like ABS, PS or PA.

ORGATER MB.BA.23 is used for fine cells foaming of resins like PP and PE mainly for extrusion of sheets and films. To achieve optimum efficiency, a working temperature of 200° - 220° C is recommended. Addition level (depending on the desired degree of foaming):

Orgater MB.BA.29 is used for very fine cells foaming of resins like PP or PE. To achieve optimum efficiency, a working temperature of 210°- 230°C is recommended. It has been designed to provide good dispersion even with short screw extruders (e.g. 20D).
